The expression of the terroir is made of the mineral notes and fruity flavors; they give a real identity to the wine with the texture of the tannins.Our job is to respect and enhance these as much as possible.
Of course, we must always bear in mind that however sophisticated our equipment may be, it is great fruit that produces a great vintage.
