The vat house, refurbished in 1995, is fitted out with modern equipment. 
    This enables us to use techniques stemming from current wine making know-how centred on optimal fruit handling and bringing out the very best of the terroir.
    The expression of the terroir is made of the mineral notes and fruity flavors; they give a real identity to the wine with the texture of the tannins.Our job is to respect and enhance these as much as possible. 
    Of course, we must always bear in mind that however sophisticated our equipment may be, it is great fruit that produces a great vintage.
